Cookie categories

• Necessary: keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice and process payments. Always on.
• Analytics: count page visits, job views, searches, sign-ups and checkouts, and which campaign or website brought you here (UTM tags and referring site). Stored by us only.
• Advertising / marketing: tags from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn that measure how our ads perform and help those platforms show our ads to relevant people.

What is shared with advertising platforms

Only when advertising cookies are allowed, we share these events with Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn: page views, job searches, job views, registrations, checkout starts, application clicks and completed membership purchases (order ID, amount and currency). Ad click identifiers from the ad you clicked may be included.

If you have accepted advertising cookies, a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address may be sent with a completed purchase so the platform can match it to its ad. We never send CVs, passports, IDs, clearance details, messages, passwords or card details.

Your choices

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner, and analytics and advertising stay off until they agree. Everyone can change or withdraw their choice at any time. The change applies straight away.

Records we keep
