Job Overview
This is a demo listing. The Senior Guard supports a protective and operational services program in Mogadishu. The role works closely with project leadership to keep personnel, facilities and assets safe while meeting client standards and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day senior guard duties in line with the approved security plan
- Report incidents, observations and concerns promptly through the chain of command
- Maintain equipment, records and readiness to the required standard
- Support training, drills and continuous improvement across the team
Qualifications
- Relevant military, law enforcement or security industry experience
- Ability to work in demanding, austere or high-threat environments
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Valid passport and ability to pass background checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous overseas contract experience
- Additional first aid or specialist certifications
Experience Required
5+ years relevant experience (Senior)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
